CASE NOT INCLUDED

Overview: Polyurethane foam is the most common type of foam used in cases. The foam is soft enough to provide flexibility for items, but also dense enough to provide cushion for even the heaviest of items.

Technical: Polyurethane is open cell which means air and water can flow freely throughout the foam. The material weighs about 1.2 - 1.3 lbs per cubic foot.

REPLACEMENT FOAM INSERTS BY COBRA FOAM  - manufactured locally,
specifically for protective cases.
TOP QUALITY POLYURETHANE FOAM  - The foam is soft enough to provide flexibility for items, but also dense enough to provide cushion for even the heaviest of items.
 
All inserts are cut to factory specs by computerized CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to insure a proper and snug fit.

Absolutely Amazing

Case transported 4 rifles with optics without issue. In picture below, the bottom most rifle is an AR15 with a standard receiver extension, 18" barrel, and 15" rail. No issues whatsoever accommodating that rifle at all.

There's plenty of room for mags, and you could probably put a can where the SMG mags are sitting. There's additional space in the "well" where the rifles sit that can readily accommodate additional magazines. While I like the four slots for mags, I'd probably have preferred accommodation for longer rifles (my 18" AR 10 with 15" rail will not fit).

Threw the case in a trailer and drove it 1150 miles last weekend and everything came through exactly where I put it without issue. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to transport multiple ARs.

plug and play.....can't describe it any better!

The foam insert fits perfectly and does what it says. Note: the case and insert will not work with long barrels but that should be evident by the case size.
