I've generally ordered foam direct from the manufacturer in the past, which was always an exact fit. This foam needed to be cut, since there were no wheel cut-outs in the first two bottom layers like are in the factory foam inserts. Just a bit of extra work that is not needed in OEM foam. Other than that, it is a good quality foam.

I needed to replace the pic-n-pull crap that came with the case. This was perfectly sized and easy to cut. Little tip, I used a filet knife to score the outline and a cheap “ginsu” style that I modified with a sharp tip to cut out.
This foam insert is the best and now I have two of them. Get the HF case and save a bunch of $$, the add the foam insert and you have the best!
Took me a few minutes to get it correctly oriented. It’s really a nice piece and will keep these guns secured. I will probably get another Cobra/Apache combo.
